RED Fitness provides coached classes in a friendly and welcoming group setting with the ability to adapt to anyone’s personal needs, whether it be fitness level, injuries, or overall training experience.

Our goal is to help navigate you through your fitness journey to reach your potential and instill in you the confidence and knowledge to take it forward.

The classes are strength and conditioning based, taking you through the different phases of training, either pushing towards conditioning bias or strength bias sessions.

This will include learning how and when to progressively overload while staying focused on technique. Building on weaknesses while adapting to what your day-to-day life looks like.

OPEN CLASS

The open class gives you the freedom of not having a set time so if you are running late from work you can still join and have the benefits of a coached group class.

KID FRIENDLY

Kid Friendly (ages 10 and up) is to educate kids on health and fitness, how it looks in a gym setting. What their training will look like if they are also participating in a sport while keeping the overall theme of a Friendly and Welcoming group setting.

 

BUB FRIENDLY

Bub Friendly classes helping to support Mums back to their fitness with knowledge of Pre and Postnatal care and Female Specific Training to strengthen for and from birth and to develop their bodies into their next phase of fitness.

S&C (STRENGTH & CONDITIONING)

With a focus on both Strength & Conditioning, taking you through the different phases of training, either pushing towards conditioning bias or strength bias sessions. Including learning how and when to progressively overload while staying focused on technique. This is open to all fitness levels with specifically adjusted on an individual basis.
