Premium 24hour Gym with three separated training zones. Encompassing Technogym Artis (Cardio, generally found in 5-6 star hotels and premium health facilities), Technogym PureStrength Plate Loaded, Nautilus Nitro Pin Loaded and Rogue Fitness fitness equipment and accessories. A fitness sanctuary penthouse, established with panoramic views of the Canberra CBD and Brindabella Mountain Ranges.

Lower Ground Floor - 2

Underground Secure Members-Only Car-park, fully enclosed and amazing external views, with saturated street art, with internal access to Kinesis Underground Training Centre via the Indoor Sprint Track.

Lower Lower Ground - 3

Kinesis premium functional zone, set in an underground club like atmosphere, with dimmed lighting, spotlights and club speakers to provide the ultimate training experience. Eleiko Sport, Alphafit, Concept2 and Assault Fitness. Kinesis is the location for internal events, educational seminars and development workshops. Accessible by off-peak upgrade members outside of class times.
